A Turner for Lohja! We are looking for an experienced turner for our client’s machining work in Lohja. The work is on a temporary, assignment basis and will last 2–3 months. If needed, it may continue longer, and over time there is a possibility of becoming directly employed by our client. Our client can also provide employees with accommodation in Lohja when needed. Client company: Our client is a long-established operator in mixing technology, specialising in the production of mixers and special pumps. Their factory is located in Lohja, and the work is carried out there. Job description: Your key duties will include programming and operating CNC lathes, primarily using FANUC controls. Our client also uses GibbsCAM software and the Okuma control system. You will use a PUMA 2100 LSY sub-spindle lathe and PUMA 2600 and PUMA 5100 tailstock machines. The work is done with aluminium and titanium, and workpiece diameters range from 6 to 800 mm (maximum machining length 1,500 mm). We require: * A vocational qualification in mechanical and production engineering * Strong skills in FANUC controls * Experience operating a PUMA 2100 LSY sub-spindle lathe and PUMA 2600 and PUMA 5100 tailstock machines * Valid Occupational Safety and Hot Work Cards * Finnish and English language skills Knowledge of GibbsCAM software and the Okuma control system is an advantage but is not essential for the position.
