Dental Nurse

Part-time dental nurse position in Kangasala, Finland. We are seeking a dental nurse to join a private practice in the Kangasala area. The role suits someone looking for flexible shifts and who enjoys varied supportive tasks. Work is needed mainly as substitutions during holidays and unexpected absences, with shifts arranged in advance or occasionally on short notice. During autumn, shifts are expected to be known in advance where possible for upcoming holidays. Job duties include supporting two dentists as part of the care team, assisting in the clinic, performing examinations, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy and prosthetics, ensuring smooth reception operations, and instrument care. The practice uses AssisDent patient management system. Shifts are typically 8:00–16:00, with some evening shifts; reception is open evenings and the workday ends around 20:00. Requirements include a dental nurse qualification, experience in dental nursing, knowledge of AssisDent system, a careful and proactive attitude, strong collaboration and communication skills. Instrument care is considered a plus.
