Addiction Medicine Physician

Terveytesi Palvelut Oy is seeking addiction medicine physicians for addiction services in East and Central Uusimaa. The work emphasizes a predictable weekly rhythm, a limited area of responsibility, and flexible 3–6 month work periods. The work is located in outpatient and inpatient environments of addiction and mental health services, with placements in Hyvinkää, Järvenpää, Mäntsälä, Tuusula, and Nurmijärvi. Tasks include patient consultations, therapeutic advice via phone and email, medication assessment and implementation, report and treatment evaluation writing, and substitution therapy in agreed units. Work is performed in a multidisciplinary environment. Working hours are weekdays 8:00–15:45, mostly on-site with some remote work depending on the task. The position can be part-time, full-time, or gig-based, tailored together. Start date is flexible, aiming for October 2026. Requirements include a medical license and qualification in addiction medicine or strong experience in multidisciplinary addiction work.
