Excavator Operator

We are looking for confident operators to take the controls of excavators at a data centre in Forssa. Our client is seeking excavator operators with experience using excavators of different sizes and with different undercarriages. The employment relationship will be with our client Visio Päijät-Häme Oy. The work itself will take place at the client’s worksite. Our client offers modern equipment, skilled personnel and a long-running project at the data centre. Job description You will carry out earthworks required by the data centre using an excavator, including foundation work, preparatory construction of areas, soil replacement, logistics and access areas, drainage and stormwater systems, water supply networks, road and yard structures, and excavation for cable routes. Work will begin before the end of this year and is expected to last until next spring, so send in your application! If you have the following, you may be the person we are looking for: To apply for this job, you must have: • Several years of experience with excavators (3D control skills are a major advantage); we are looking for a professional who can get on with the work without needing supervision. • Experience on earthworks sites. • Valid Occupational Safety and Road Safety cards. If you do not have them, you must obtain them before starting work. • Good Finnish skills; Finnish is the language used by site management. • A strong work ethic; the work is independent and you are responsible for the quality of your work. • Good social skills and the ability to get along with people even in demanding situations.
