Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a mechanical maintenance technician for the Uusimaa region for industrial needs. The role involves performing production tasks at the site as well as maintenance, repair and installation work at customer premises. The job is strongly focused on the industrial sector and tasks include manual machine operation and TIG welding for which prior experience is preferred. The position offers an opportunity to use your technical skills in diverse projects and to further develop your professional expertise. Employment starts with a temporary assignment, but a successful candidate is expected to be employed by the client company after the temporary period. Responsibilities include executing mechanical maintenance tasks, performing installation and repair work, and ensuring safety and quality in all operations. Requirements include experience in mechanical assembly/maintenance, TIG welding, and manual machine operation; valid safety and hot-work cards (työturvallisuuskortti and tulityökortti) or a plan to obtain them before starting. Good Finnish language skills are required as the supervisor speaks Finnish. A high work ethic, independence, social skills, and the ability to collaborate with people in demanding situations are essential.
