As a team supervisor, you are the bedrock of the Attendo home and the trusted partner of the home manager. Your expertise is trusted and your views are valued. You assist the manager with organising and guiding daily work and provide professional support to staff. The role is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in care-home management and develop your career in care. What will you do? - Organise and guide daily work. - Provide professional support to practical nurses. - Act as the manager’s deputy when needed. - Take responsibility for, maintain and develop residents’ medication care. - Cooperate with the wellbeing services county, doctors and relatives. - Help residents with daily activities. The position is permanent and full-time, and the start date can be agreed with you. Work is on weekday morning shifts. What do we require from you? - Nursing degree. - Fluent Finnish, at least level B1.1, spoken and written. - Vaccination protection as specified in section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act to protect clients and patients throughout the employment relationship. - Hygiene passport or readiness to obtain one within three months of starting employment. - Criminal-record extract to be presented when employment begins. - Social and healthcare professional certificate card. The terms and salary follow the private social services collective agreement. The salary range is €2,811.09–€3,071.09 plus a role-specific supplement.
