The Role As a VMware vSphere Administrator at Kyndryl, you will be responsible for the administration, operation, and support of enterprise platforms aligned to business‑critical environments. You will work closely with cross‑functional and global teams to ensure availability, performance, security, and continuous service improvement under strict SLAs. Key Responsibilities Administer VMware vSphere environments (ESXi, vCenter). Manage virtual machines and virtual infrastructure. Support HA, DRS, and vMotion operations. Monitor capacity and platform performance. Perform patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
