Store Manager

We are currently seeking a store manager for our Normal store at Kouvola’s Veturi shopping center. This is a permanent position. NORMAL is a young, dynamic company that has opened hundreds of stores across Europe over the past few years. In Finland too, our growth continues. We have opened over 100 stores in Finland and expansion continues. We offer customers permanently affordable prices and thousands of “normal” products, with exciting new products added weekly across categories. As the store manager you will be responsible for the store’s success and customer experience. You will lead your team in an inspiring way and continuously develop the store. The work is varied and enjoyable. What we expect from you: - Experience as a store manager and accountability for results - Curious and eager to learn, not afraid of making mistakes – they happen to us all - You work independently, take charge in challenging situations, are diligent and have an eye for detail – visual merchandising is a strength - Customer focus and entrepreneurial spirit – keeping track of figures supports sales - Leading the store with a positive vibe and understanding the power of teamwork – together is more fun - Ability to work quickly in a busy environment, even under pressure, while considering your team’s needs and bringing out their best - Communicate in Finnish and English – and of course! - Actively participate in developing and optimizing NORMAL’s unique business concept What we offer: - A fast-growing company where everyone is treated as equals and we share common success and results targets while having fun together.
