About the role

We are seeking automotive mechanics for our client companies in the Uusimaa region. A mechanic is a professional who maintains, diagnoses and repairs vehicles according to manufacturer instructions. Modern mechanics require strong electrical and information technology skills as faults are largely diagnosed with computer-based diagnostics. Responsibilities and skills: Scheduled maintenance: oil changes, brake work and replacement of consumables according to instructions. Technical skills: fault diagnostics, reading electrical diagrams and hydraulic knowledge. Mechanical repairs: replacement and repair of engine, transmission and suspension components. Customer service: reporting faults to customers and assessing service needs. Education and licenses: Trade qualification (e.g. automotive or machine automation) and a valid driving license. Tooling: use of modern measuring devices, hand tools and workshop software. Work safety: strictly follow safety instructions and use protective equipment. Attitude: systematic approach, problem solving, and willingness to perform physically demanding work.
