They support a large international client base and run a mature security and identity function spanning cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments. This role sits within their security team, who are building out enterprise identity governance capability and offer genuine ownership over how the programme evolves, alongside experienced security and platform teams.<br><br>The Role<br>Principal IAM Engineer (SailPoint)<br>You'll design, build, and run enterprise Identity Governance & Administration solutions on SailPoint, with an automation-first approach to identity lifecycle management across a complex hybrid estate.<br><br>You will:<br>Design and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or Identity Security Cloud solutions across the organisation<br>Own identity lifecycle management, provisioning, access governance, role modelling, and SoD controls<br>Integrate IAM solutions with directories, ERP systems, cloud platforms, databases, and HR systems<br>Support IAM delivery across Azure, AWS, and GCP environments<br>Advise senior stakeholders on IAM risk, governance strategy, and remediation approaches<br><br>Skills/Experience Required<br>6-10+ years in Identity and Access Management, Identity Governance, Security Engineering, or Security Architecture<br>Proven experience designing and implementing SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or Identity Security Cloud in enterprise or highly regulated environments<br>Strong grasp of identity lifecycle, provisioning, access governance, role modelling, SoD, and compliance frameworks<br>Hands-on experience integrating IAM across directories, ERP, cloud, databases, and enterprise applications<br><br>Desirable Skills<br>SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer or Architect certification<br>SailPoint Identity Security Cloud Professional or Engineer certification<br><br>Client Benefits<br>12-month contract with a well-established global organisation<br>Hybrid working — 2 days onsite in Sofia<br><br>Sign off<br>If this sounds like a good fit, reply with your updated CV, availability, and rate expectations and we'll be in touch.
