Do you enjoy customer service and thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment? Do you want to be part of a skilled team creating memorable restaurant experiences for customers in downtown Oulu? We are looking for energetic and customer-oriented à la carte waiters for a quality restaurant in central Oulu. In this role you will be responsible for the daily customer service of the restaurant, taking orders and serving, and ensuring each guest experiences excellent and individualized service. The job is varied and requires initiative, composure under pressure, and a genuine interest in food and drink. Work starts as soon as an agreement is reached. We have shifts with 90 hours/3 weeks, 60 hours/3 weeks, and on-call options. You are a good fit if you have prior experience as an à la carte waiter, a customer-service minded and positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team, readiness for shift-work including evenings and weekends, and fluent Finnish; other languages are an advantage. Nice-to-have items include a wine/serving license, hygiene certificate, experience with wine or beverage service, and interest in developing your restaurant skills. We offer: an hourly wage of 13.70–15.04 euros in accordance with the Travel, Restaurant and Leisure Services collective agreement, a friendly and professional team, and a dedicated contact person at Workeri who is reachable and will assist with all employment-related matters.
