Packaging and Warehouse Worker

Avakko: The position is a permanent, full-time role in a machine shop, focused on packing, shipping and receiving from the warehouse and dispatch area. The worker will handle packaging, shipping and receiving tasks, unload loads, perform warehouse entries in the electronic system, and maintain cleanliness of the workshop area. Tools used include a pinkarry and a jib crane. Working hours are weekdays from 7:00 to 15:30, 40 hours per week. Pay is negotiated based on skill level, within a rate of 13–16 EUR per hour. The role offers a chance to become a permanent and integral team member in a positive work environment. Training will be provided, and applicants with some prior warehouse or packing experience, and ideally some exposure to metal products or a machine shop environment, are welcome. The job is physically demanding due to the nature of metal products, so good physical condition is required.
