We are now looking for a Shift Supervisor As a shift supervisor, your primary responsibility will encompass overseeing and managing the overall operations during your shift. It will be crucial to ensure production proceeds as planned and facilitate smooth collaboration with maintenance teams. Your role also involves effectively allocating resources together with the broader production organization and promoting safety adherence among staff according to Prysmian's safety protocols. Operating within an uninterrupted three-shift schedule, you’ll report directly to our Production Manager. You’ll be at the core of production, overseeing the entire factory and coordinating the activities of your shift. Moreover, you’ll have the chance to drive production enhancements, leverage your skills effectively, and develop professionally.
