Construction Site Supervisor

RTJ seeks a construction site supervisor for Rakennus Lehtonen Oy in the Uusikaupunki area. The role covers both new build and renovation works with projects ranging from industrial to housing construction. Responsibilities include overall site leadership, scheduling, coordinating workers and subcontractors, onboarding staff, providing clear work instructions, monitoring quality, safety and costs, planning materials and resources, and communicating with clients, partners and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Requirements include suitable construction training, experience in site supervision, ability to train workers, delegate tasks, and guide teams; the candidate must be capable of leading sites independently and methodically, have good interpersonal and collaboration skills, a problem-solving and responsible work attitude, and a B driving license.
