We are seeking a registered nurse for the Koristonranta Validia residence in Kaarina. We are seeking a registered nurse for a permanent, full-time position at the Koristonranta Validia residence. Koristonranta Validia residence in Kaarina is a 17-place residential unit for adults with intellectual disabilities. As a registered nurse, you are responsible for clients’ comprehensive nursing care, monitoring their health and promoting health. Your work includes assessing and documenting health status, preparing care plans and guiding staff in their implementation. You are also responsible for planning and developing medication care and ensuring its safe implementation. You support and orient nursing staff and strengthen their competence, while also actively participating in clients’ daily care. Work is mainly on weekday morning shifts. Familiarity with and experience in the intellectual-disability field are considered an advantage, and we hope you will describe them in your application.
