Construction Supervisor

Lead construction supervisor for an exceptionally demanding project in Oulu. Requires a university-level degree in a relevant field and substantial experience leading demanding or exceptionally demanding construction projects. The candidate must hold the exceptionally demanding lead supervisor qualification, with a valid certificate considered an advantage. If not held, education and experience must meet the qualification requirements and be demonstrable before starting. Duties include daily site management, scheduling, and monitoring of quality, costs, and safety. You will coordinate work phases, collaborate with subcontractors and other stakeholders, ensure documentation, and perform other statutory lead supervisor duties. The selected person will be employed directly by the client company as a permanent employee. Salary is negotiated based on experience and expertise; start date per agreement.
