Chief Physician

We are now looking for a competent and motivated chief physician for Terveystalo's Kajaani and Raahe locations. At Terveystalo, you will perform diverse chief physician duties and develop your expertise in ensuring medical quality and patient safety. You will have a great vantage point to implement healthcare innovations and continuous quality improvement. The role includes administrative responsibilities, about one day per week, and clinical work at your chosen location(s). You will be supported by the regional chief physician for Northern Finland, Jarkko Huusko, and work alongside other regional occupational health doctors. Your tasks include leading medical staff, ensuring quality and safety, participating in recruitment, communication, and supporting education and career development of doctors and students. You will ensure compliance with laws and regulations, handle official inquiries, and manage feedback and incident reports.
