Occupational Therapist

We are Mehiläinen, and our mission is to care for life. We are seeking an occupational therapist for a fixed-term parental leave replacement at the Mehiläinen Tornio Pakkahuoneenkatu location. You will join a multidisciplinary team of speech, occupational, and physical therapists and supervisors with a supportive and development-minded culture. The role involves independent and responsible work, with local and nationwide support from peers and administration. You have the opportunity to plan your work week flexibly around client needs, and to develop professionally through METE Campus trainings and other courses. The unit is situated in Tornio on Pakkahuoneenkatu and serves Kemi, Tornio, Keminmaa and Simo areas, so commuting by car is required. You will work in client environments or at our pleasant office in Tornio. The position is 60% of a full-time role, with a fixed monthly salary and TES health service sector terms applied. Travel within the service area may be required. The role requires vaccination as per infectious disease law and a criminal background check for working with children and with elderly/disabled persons as required by law.
