Four welders for permanent employment – Joutsa We are looking for four welders for permanent positions at our machine shop in Joutsa. Our production is growing rapidly, and we are looking for new professionals to strengthen our skilled team. In this varied role, you will participate in manufacturing products for the metal industry. Your duties include producing and assembling steel structures and components, as well as welding according to drawings. You will work on a variety of products and projects as part of our skilled production team. We hope you have: - The ability to read drawings. - A productive, careful and responsible approach to work. - Relevant training for the role, for example training as a plate welder. - Previous experience in welding and working in a machine-shop environment. - The ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Good Finnish skills. Considered an advantage: - Versatile welding skills and experience with different steel structures. - Readiness to travel to installation sites when necessary. - Valid occupational safety and hot-work cards.
