We are now looking for a Project Coordinator to strengthen our project-delivery team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that our projects are completed to a high standard, on schedule and with customer expectations in mind. Your role As Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating delivery and installation projects related to learning environments throughout the entire project lifecycle. At the centre of your work is building successful collaboration between customers, installation partners and our internal specialists. You will make sure all parties know what is happening, when, and what is expected of them. Your daily work includes, among other things: - Coordinating project deliveries from the quotation stage through to handover. - Working closely with customers, worksites and installation partners. - Planning installations and deliveries and coordinating schedules. - Monitoring project progress and anticipating possible challenges. - Communicating with customers and staying in contact throughout every project stage. - Ensuring the quality of deliveries and installations. - Using project-management and enterprise resource-planning systems in your daily work. - Continuously developing processes and ways of working. We work according to a hybrid model, and our comfortable office is located at Metsäläntie 20, 00320 Helsinki. The role involves occasional travel to different parts of Finland according to project needs. What we hope for from you Success in this role requires organisation, a solution-oriented approach and coordination skills. It is important that you can keep everything under control even in busy situations and communicate smoothly with different stakeholders. It is especially important that you can act as a reliable partner to customers and installation partners, including when schedules change or challenges arise at a worksite. We also hope you have: - Experience in project coordination, supply-chain management or similar tasks. - A track record of managing several parallel projects. - Good IT skills and readiness to use modern systems in your daily work. - Fluent Finnish and English. - An enterprising and responsible approach to work. - Team spirit and the ability to build effective collaboration. The following are considered an advantage: - Experience in furniture, construction, interior design or project-delivery business. - Education in logistics, construction or a technical field. - Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Dynamics 365 Sales or other enterprise resource-planning systems.
