Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to strengthen our customer Rudus Oy’s team in Kurikka for a one-year fixed-term position. You will work on a wide range of projects and ensure that deliveries, schedules and projects progress smoothly. You will play an important role at the interface between customers, production and other stakeholders. This is a key role in a growing business where your work has a visible impact on project success. Your tasks As Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the practical coordination of projects and management of deliveries. Your duties include: - Coordinating deliveries and dispatch operations - Scheduling and monitoring projects and ensuring their progress - Communicating with customers, production and other stakeholders - Identifying and documenting additional and change work - Solving practical challenges related to projects - Supporting and developing daily routines and operational activities The work is a varied combination of project work and hands-on tasks. Days are varied, and the role is suitable for someone who enjoys responsibility, prioritising and managing several matters at the same time.
