Waiter / Waitress

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Waiter / Waitress to join our client's team for the 2026–2027 winter season. The employment starts in mid-November and continues until February–March. The position is located in the Pyhä–Luosto / Sodankylä area in Finnish Lapland, offering the opportunity to work in an international tourism environment. We are looking for a service-minded professional who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences. The role includes a variety of restaurant service duties, and you will work as part of a professional and supportive team. Your responsibilities include welcoming and serving guests, taking orders and serving food and beverages, working in the à la carte restaurant, setting up and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness and ensuring excellent customer service, and working closely with the restaurant and kitchen teams. We expect you to have previous experience as a waiter/waitress, a positive, customer-oriented attitude, good communication and teamwork skills, the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment, good English language skills (additional languages are considered an advantage), a valid Alcohol Passport and Hygiene Passport (considered an advantage), and the ability to arrange your own accommodation. A driving licence and access to a car are also considered an advantage.
