Maintenance Supervisor

This vacancy is for a maintenance team lead for cold storage and refrigerated facilities in Turku. You will plan, organize and supervise maintenance work (fault calls, repair projects, annual servicing) and lead your team to perform duties safely, with high quality and on schedule. The role involves close collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders. Working hours are generally Monday–Friday 08:00–16:00. To succeed you need people-oriented leadership, business understanding, stress tolerance and problem-solving skills. You will learn quickly and have good IT skills, as the role includes reporting and invoicing. We value prior supervisory experience in the maintenance business, e.g., as a foreman or job scheduler, or substantial field experience with refrigeration equipment.
