Job Description Summary: As a Project Manager, you will lead high-voltage turnkey projects from our Ankara office, managing the full project lifecycle from design and supply through construction, installation, testing, and commissioning. You will work closely with customers, mainly public utilities and ministries, and act as the main point of contact to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Sourcing, Finance, EHS, Quality, Construction, and Project Controls to keep projects moving successfully. You will also help customers navigate approvals, permitting, and project changes. Beyond project delivery, you will have the opportunity to grow within the organization, develop your project management expertise, support operational improvements, and take on broader responsibilities over time. Key Responsibilities: Lead the full project lifecycle from handover to final completion Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and scope across all stages Coordinate subcontractors and ensure strong performance throughout delivery Use resources effectively and help identify opportunities for additional project work Support strong project financial performance and protect project margins Manage contract changes, variation orders, and extension requests Keep proper project records and documentation to support claims and contract discussions Help resolve project and contract issues quickly and effectively Monitor project costs, invoicing, cash flow, and collections together with Finance Track key financial indicators and take action where needed Ensure all financing-related reporting and documentation requirements are met Manage guarantees, letters of credit, and advance payments carefully Act as the main point of contact for the customer throughout the project Support customers with approvals, permits, design reviews, and project changes Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Ensure clear, timely, and professional communication at all times Maintain accurate project reporting, risk tracking, and performance updates Manage project reviews, lessons learned, and risk registers Ensure project evidence and documentation are complete and well organized Use standard PMO tools and processes for reporting and governance Promote a strong safety culture and target zero incidents on the project Ensure subcontractors follow EHS requirements and company standards Maintain quality standards in line with contract requirements and international expectations Prepare and maintain the Project Management Plan Capture lessons learned and share best practices with the wider team Support new process implementation and operational improvements Take on additional responsibilities or support challenging projects when needed Continue developing through project management certification and training Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline Minimum 4 years of experience as Project Manager on projects or work packages of USD 5M–50M+ Minimum 8 years of total professional experience in project-based business Hands-on experience in turnkey EPC projects including civil works, electro-mechanical installation and commissioning Demonstrated contract management experience: variation orders, claims, extension of time and correspondence discipline Experience working in international, multidisciplinary project environments Willingness to travel internationally for short to medium durations Strong verbal and written skills in English Ability to live in Ankara
