We are looking for a warm, responsible, and proactive Service Manager for the Päiväkumpu home cleaning team. This role combines customer-oriented work, ensuring daily operations run smoothly, and team leadership—without forgetting the joy of life. Approximately half of the working time involves home cleaning at customer residences, and the other half includes supervisory, coordination, and development tasks. You will have a direct impact on customer experience, work quality, and the daily success of the team. Many of our customers are elderly, so a criminal record check is required for the selected candidate. **Job Description** As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations, work quality, and a positive work environment within your team, as well as actively participating in home cleaning tasks.
