Night Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated Night Supervisor to join VillaVantaa, Hoivatie Oy, in Vantaa. The role involves supervising residents during night hours to ensure their safety and well‑being, coordinating with the night colleague, and carrying out written tasks or updating documents as agreed. The Night Supervisor reports events to daytime colleagues and records client information in the client information system. There may be daytime shifts based on unit needs (e.g., training days). Initial orientation shifts are daytime, followed by night shifts. We value strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, a positive, independent attitude, and a warm, respectful approach.
