Kitchen workshop internship for youth workshops in Vantaa. The participant will help prepare daily lunch for the entire workshop community in a professional kitchen. In the kitchen cafe Kuussa, the trainee will practice making specialty coffees and customer service. During the work trial, the trainee will obtain a food hygiene certificate. The program includes small-group coaching and physical activity. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00–15:00. Support is provided for arranging matters and planning the future, including job and study placement search. The Youth Workshops are for unemployed residents of Vantaa aged 18–28. Guidance is conducted in Finnish, and the language proficiency must be sufficient to understand instructions in Finnish.
