Early Childhood Teacher

We are seeking an enthusiastic early childhood educator who listens with care to children and guardians, works in a collaborative and supportive team, and values warm, professional conduct. The role focuses on meeting the child and family with genuine attention to individual needs, creating meaningful daily life for children, and fostering learning and exploration with the group. The daycare is a recently established unit in a well-connected part of Vantaa, working with a three-educator model and opportunities for outdoor, nature-based learning and environmental education. We value openness, inclusivity, and continuous professional development, with opportunities for mentoring, training, and flexible collaboration within a multidisciplinary network. The position is full-time in Kielon Daycare, with standard 38h15min per week and a 6-month trial period. Requirements follow the municipal collective agreement (OVTES) for education personnel. The salary is 3129.46–3234.53 EUR per month, with additional allowances for certain degrees and experience.
