Deloitte Finland is seeking a dedicated Consultant / Senior Consultant to join our Financial Services Industry team in Helsinki. As a consultant in the financial services sector, you will help shape the future business and technology-driven development initiatives for leading financial institutions. You will work on planning, governance models, services and solutions, and collect and analyze information using a wide range of methods. You will formulate specifications and analyses, business models and processes, service concepts and the technical implementation planning typically as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will support the management, staff and end-users of banks and insurance companies in planning work, for instance by participating in designing and facilitating workshops. You will also support and participate in sales processes and in bid planning and execution. Requirements: at least 2–3 years of relevant experience in banking, finance or insurance, and experience in consulting / business development projects; broad understanding of technologies in the sector and the potential of new technologies for business development; a suitable masters-level higher education; excellent written and spoken Finnish and English; Swedish is an advantage; ability to work independently and align with team goals and client success; creativity, situational awareness and ability to navigate changing circumstances; goal orientation and analytical and logical approach to data analysis and problem solving; evidence of independent work and ability to work with diverse teams; industry understanding and ability to apply it to technology-driven business development initiatives.
