Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Lead Architect to join our team and take responsibility for designing and developing business-critical solutions that drive operational excellence and support our strategic goals. As a Lead Architect, you will be responsible for designing and governing solution architectures that align with business objectives, enterprise architecture principles, and IT security standards. You will play a pivotal role at the intersection of business and technology, translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and sustainable technical solutions. Key Responsibilities - Design and guide solution architectures in alignment with enterprise architecture principles and standards. - Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand and define business requirements. - Evaluate, select, and provide direction on technology solutions and architectural approaches. - Support development and implementation teams, ensuring technical quality throughout the entire solution lifecycle. - Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, reliable, and cost-efficient. - Drive compliance with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and governance requirements. - Provide architectural leadership and contribute to the continuous evolution of architecture practices and standards. What We Are Looking For - A masters degree in a relevant field, combined with strong practical experience in solution or enterprise architecture. - Broad technical expertise across applications, integrations, infrastructure, and data platforms. - Strong ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Experience working in complex, multi-vendor environments. - A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and guide teams across organizational boundaries.
