Quality & Safety Support Specialist

Role and what we are looking for: We are seeking a responsible and diligent Quality & Safety Support (QSS) to oversee the Kotka gym. The job is part-time 6h/week, shifts Mon-Fri (3h/day), mainly mornings. Starting wage €13.46/hour. We seek a service-oriented multi-tasker who can handle multiple tasks and work independently. The job is independent and occasionally hectic, so self-direction and prioritisation are important. You need fluent Finnish and English. Main duties include: maintaining gym cleanliness and order, conducting equipment condition checks and minor maintenance tasks, reporting larger repair needs and collaborating with the Maintenance Specialist in the area, general safety responsibilities, following safety inspection guidelines at Fitness24Seven, and contributing to customer satisfaction which is a point of pride for Fitness24Seven.
