We are looking for a franchisee for Digitalkkarit in Kanta-Häme. Are you interested in versatile and varied work with people? Is helping and guiding people in device usage natural to you? Are you sales-oriented and outgoing? Are you ready to work hard? If you consider yourself an excellent and technically skilled customer service professional, you might be the new franchisee for Digitalkkarit in an innovative concept. As a Digitalkkari, you will work closely with customers, either at their home or business, assisting with computer, internet, or entertainment electronics issues. You will collaborate closely with Digitalkkarit retailers in your area, including leading home appliance chains. We are looking for a person with an entrepreneurial spirit who is quick to learn and curious about new developments in technology. The Digitalkkari operates independently in the region as part of MPY's franchising concept. We hope franchisees are eager to grow as entrepreneurs, sales-minded, and possess good customer service skills. Applicants should have either basic technical education, vocational school education, or strong skills gained through work or hobbies. The Digitalkkari needs a spacious vehicle (van, estate, or station wagon) and proficiency with entertainment electronics and IT. Additional tools include those for installing on television walls. We offer training, a license and access to the Digitalkkarit subscription system, and a manual. MPY Telecom provides marketing support, including national advertising, regional marketing materials, business cards, and vehicle wraps. We handle end-customer billing, so franchisees do not need to invest in a billing system. Currently, we have 14 Digitalkkarit franchisees across Finland, and support is always available.
