Esperi Koti Länsikaari as a workplace Koti Länsikaari offers 24-hour and community housing for mental health and substance abuse rehabilitation clients in Turku. Länsikaari has 30 client places and the facilities are designed specifically for mental health rehabilitation activities – the building is modern and accessible. The home includes a charming backyard and a covered terrace. Here you will lead a professional work community consisting of a registered nurse, practical nurses, social workers and a service home assistant. Our activities are strongly based on the recovery orientation framework and we strive to provide individual support and professional care for all our clients. Your key tasks as Unit Manager Your field of operation as Unit Manager is broad; your key tasks include tasks related to personnel and their employment relationships as well as tasks related to the home's economy, business and sales and marketing. Above all, you will be able to influence through your own actions how our clients are treated and what kind of employee experience employees have. In your role, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the home, assisted by the home's professional staff and experts from various fields of Esperi's support organization. You will act as the person responsible for the unit and as the supervisor of your team. You are responsible for handling the unit's administrative tasks (e.g. shift planning, payroll matters, recruitment, invoicing procedures) and developing different areas together with your team. In addition, you will participate in client work according to the agreed working time. In the position, you will be able to genuinely develop the unit's operations and create new ways of operating. You need the ability to communicate clearly, inspire the team and build trust.
