HSE Manager Rotterdam, Netherlands | 10-Month Contract | 4:1 Rotation | Accommodation & Travel Included | ASAP Start We're currently recruiting for an experienced HSE Manager to support a major Piping and Pre-Commissioning Project in Rotterdam, Netherlands. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile project with an immediate start, working alongside construction and commissioning teams to ensure the highest standards of health, safety and environmental performance are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities Lead all site HSE activities across the project. Ensure compliance with company, client and local HSE regulations and standards. Develop, implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures and safe systems of work. Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments and safety observations. Manage incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks and ongoing safety training. Support construction, piping and pre-commissioning teams with safe execution of works. Monitor contractor performance and drive a proactive safety culture across site. Produce regular HSE reports and KPI metrics for project stakeholders. Requirements Previous experience working as an HSE Manager on large-scale industrial, energy, oil & gas, petrochemical or EPC projects. Strong background in piping, mechanical construction and pre-commissioning activities. NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent HSE qualification. Excellent knowledge of HSE legislation and industry best practices. Proven experience managing contractor and subcontractor HSE performance. Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent English required.
