You will need interpersonal and teamwork skills and a customer-oriented approach. We hope applicants approach work with openness and development-mindedness when working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Experience with developmental disabilities is a plus but not a requirement. We will train you. We value: a proactive and hands-on attitude, positive mindset and problem-solving abilities, adequate physical fitness, communication skills for augmentative and alternative communication, and rehabilitative, strength-based approaches. Current nursing license is required if applicable. Virrenkulma provides 18-hour around-the-clock housing and communal living for adults with developmental disabilities and autism spectrum conditions. It is well connected by public transport, about 2.5 km from Kerava Station. Applications can be submitted online; we will interview during the application period.
