Analytics Consultant

Solita Academy offers a fast track to become an analytics consultant, with mentorship from experienced colleagues, hands-on client projects, and learning circles where you certify technologies like Power BI, SQL, DAX, and Microsoft Fabric. You’ll explore AI-assisted analytics development and natural language interfaces, and work in cross-disciplinary teams to design, build, and deploy analytical solutions. You will be part of agile project teams, creating impactful visualizations with Power BI and data models, and you will have the opportunity to contribute to AI-enabled analytics experiences for business users, including questions posed in natural language. In this role you will work with cloud services, databases, data modeling, analytics platforms, and security, and participate in AI-powered development methods as part of shaping modern data solutions. We expect 1–2 years of data analytics and Power BI experience, practical SQL skills for data processing and analysis, a willingness to learn and grow into a top expert in the field, strong collaboration and communication skills, a suitable university background in IT, mathematics, statistics, business or a related field, and fluent Finnish language skills both spoken and written. Full-time availability and willingness to travel to client projects as needed.
