Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a responsible sales associate for K-Market Lönkan Herkku in Helsinki, working 37.5 hours per week with duties also in Eerikinkatu and Lönnrotinkatu 12 locations. The store is a quality, cozy grocery in Helsinki's city center, built on the motto “Genuine and Caring Grocery.” The role suits a retail professional or someone with a few years’ experience who wants to take the next step and develop their skills broadly. Responsibilities include working across various store tasks and shifts, contributing to store operations and improvements, covering department managers and other senior sales staff as agreed, taking responsibility for daily operations and customer experience, and working as part of a multi-unit environment to broaden their own capabilities.
