Employment: on-call work (0 hours/week) and a temporary replacement position until 31 May 2027. Start: by agreement. Shifts: shifts begin between 3:00 and 8:00 and are scheduled on all days of the week, including weekends. As an outdoor area maintenance worker, you will look after our customers’ outdoor and green areas. Your duties include seasonal outdoor work such as caring for plantings, snowploughing, manual snow clearance, gritting, salting and mowing lawns. We will make sure you receive a good introduction to the sites and Coor’s working practices. Pay for the position is agreed separately. What do we expect from you? We are looking for someone with an energetic, self-starting approach and a good customer-service attitude. Previous experience in similar duties and training in the property sector are considered advantages. The role requires a category B driving licence and fluent Finnish.
