About the role

Would you like to work with young people? We are hiring for Janakkala location to teach TELMA education. You will perform people-focused and meaningful work in a good work community. The supervisor role involves guiding students in teaching and work situations as well as daily operations. We value a developmental and independent approach, good cooperation and teamwork skills, and the ability to work in various learning environments and situations. A suitable degree related to the field of education or other applicable qualification and work experience in similar roles are welcomed. Experience in guiding special groups and knowledge of regional service networks are also advantageous. The position starts on 14 September 2026 or by agreement. It is a fixed-term until 16 December 2026. The average weekly hours are 38.25. We use a staggered schedule system; weekly hours may vary. Pay follows the private education sector collective agreement. There is a 1.5 month probation period and a provision regarding school holidays. The selected person must present a police records extract in accordance with the law on the examination of offences against children before starting.
