Headquarters are in Laihia, subcontracting in Isossakyrö and a subsidiary in Atlanta, USA. About 150 employees. We seek an Export Assistant for a permanent full-time position in Laihia, with a hybrid work model and partial remote work possible at Seinäjoki site. The role involves handling orders, warranty shipments, coordinating delivery times, processing orders in the system, drafting order confirmations, preparing shipping documents and invoices, and arranging transports. You will interact with international and domestic customers via email and phone, leveraging language skills and customer service competency. This position offers a view into international trade and a key role in ensuring smooth customer experience.
