Role Purpose: You're the person the clinic can rely on when it's busy — not because of seniority, but because of how you show up. Calm when the pace picks up. Consistent when things get hard. The kind of person colleagues quietly lean on, and members remember. As an Operator at Neko, you'll be the welcoming face of our clinic and a key contributor to our preventive care model. You'll guide members through their visit, perform high-quality clinical assessments, and ensure every interaction reflects genuine care — not just an efficient process. What You'll Deliver in the First 6–12 Months: ... Minimum Requirements: 1+ year of clinical experience in a patient-facing role; Customer service or hospitality experience; Current BLS certification through AHA. Preferred: 6+ months of phlebotomy; EKG experience; CMA certification; Phlebotomy certification.
