You'll guide members through their visit, perform high-quality clinical assessments, and ensure every interaction reflects genuine care — not just an efficient process. What You'll Deliver in the First 6–12 Months: ... Minimum Requirements: 1+ year of clinical experience in a patient-facing role; Customer service or hospitality experience; Current BLS certification through AHA. Preferred: 6+ months of phlebotomy; EKG experience; CMA certification; Phlebotomy certification. Responsibilities
- Welcome, assist, and guide members throughout their clinic visit
- Perform accurate, high-quality clinical assessments
- Maintain exam rooms and infection-control standards
- Document assessments accurately and update member records
- Work closely with fellow Operators and clinical staff to refine workflows
Requirements
- 1+ year of clinical experience in a patient-facing role
- Customer service or hospitality experience (healthcare, retail, or service industry)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
