We are seeking a Radiology Production Planner to join the Radiology Production Control team in the Diagnostics Center. The Diagnostics Center is Finland’s leading provider of clinical laboratory and imaging services, operating across eight medical specialties and collaborating with hospital organizations and regional health authorities. The planner will monitor and develop production focusing on appointment scheduling operations and processes, including availability tracking and reporting at unit, appointment, and time-slot levels. The role also involves drafting instructions to support ward clerks, implementing them, and monitoring and developing the functionality of unit appointment templates. Work is performed in close cooperation with the responsible units in radiology and is part of the operational management of radiology. Requirements include prior experience in guiding and developing the work of ward clerks, experience with radiology appointment operations in the Apotti system, capability to plan and implement radiology time-slots, and evidence of developing appointment workflows; experience with APOTTI, RADU and PACS systems is preferred. Additional desired qualities include a proactive, systematic, and service-minded approach, and prior experience as a supervisor of ward clerks in radiology. The job offers a salary of 3931.00 euros per month, plus possible experience-based allowance, with start date 7 September 2026 or by agreement.
