Are you the waiter we are looking for? Snowhotel Family is a unique family business offering experiences in snow and ice, located at Lehtojärvi in Rovaniemi and at Santa Claus Village. The Snowman World area at Santa Claus Village invites the whole family to a winter fun playground built from snow and ice, including a glass igloo, a snow restaurant, an ice bar, ice rink, and a snow labyrinth. The role is for the busy Christmas season at Snowman World, serving customers with local Lapland flavors on plate service, both in the ice restaurant and indoor restaurant. You will also upsell and recommend foods and beverages, contribute to customer satisfaction, and work within a diverse international team. The position is full-time (112.5 hours per 3 weeks) from late November to Epiphany, with part-time options based on availability. Work includes weekends and holidays. We follow the hospitality collective agreement; pay depends on skills and experience. The contract is between Bondata and the employee, with lodging arranged from Rovaniemi if needed.
