Cleaner

We are looking for an experienced and skilled cleaning and maintenance worker to join our team in Joutseno on a permanent full-time basis. The role involves daily upkeep cleaning of facilities and rooms after residents move out, with occasional basic cleaning tasks such as floor waxing. A car is preferred for commuting; the site is not served by public transport. You will work with a friendly colleague, sometimes as a pair and sometimes independently in your own areas. The site is security-classified, so a brief security clearance will be conducted due to the nature of the work. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 6:00–14:00, 37.5 hours per week. Fluency in Finnish is required. Applicants must have prior cleaning experience, customer service skills and strong interpersonal abilities, especially in multicultural settings, good general fitness (the site has many stairs), be of legal age, have a driving license and own car or other vehicle, and a clean criminal background (a brief security check will be performed before starting).
