The role: We are hiring a Senior Technical Project Manager for the External Solutions Department, which includes Managed Service Platform, Managed Skypilot & Integrations, and Serverless & Marketplace services. These teams deliver external-facing cloud capabilities, integrations, and managed offerings used across the Nebius platform. The scope: drive planning and execution across multiple engineering and product teams, align requirements from Sales, Partnerships, and other stakeholders, and help bring clarity and structure to how we launch new external services. This includes coordinating service releases, working with Legal, preparing deployments to new datacenters, and managing expectations and demand signals from various internal and external groups. The role is hands-on: less reporting, more driving alignment, structuring work, and pushing programs forward. Requirements 5+ years as a TPM driving multi-team programs or as an engineering manager/director; SWE background is a plus. staff engineer/staff architect is plus. Strong technical foundation (cloud architecture, infra, APIs, CI/CD, service deployments). Experience launching services, managing cross-team work, and aligning stakeholders without formal authority. Ability to work with Sales, Partnerships, Legal, and Engineering to manage expectations and consolidate external demand. Analytical mindset, experience with planning tools, and ability to adapt processes as the organization grows.
