Salon Shift Supervisor

We are seeking energetic and responsible restaurant floor shift supervisors in Northern Finland. In this role you will oversee the floor operations during your shift, guide and support staff amidst busy periods, act as a supervisor during the shift and, if needed, substitute for the restaurant manager. You will ensure efficient service, high-quality customer experience, and a cohesive team working toward common goals. You will also actively participate in customer service and set a positive work atmosphere with your own example. If you enjoy responsibility, people leadership and fast-paced work, you may be the right candidate. What the job involves: leading daily floor operations during your shift; guiding and supporting staff during rush moments; ensuring customer experience and service quality; supporting shift planning and day-to-day operations; acting as the manager’s substitute when required. What we expect: experience in the restaurant industry; previous supervisory or shift-lead experience; experience with receiving and inventory control; ability to lead a team with a positive and encouraging attitude; flexible and solution-oriented work style; customer-service mindset and eagerness to develop operations; serving license.
