Site Foreman

We are looking for a site foreman for scaffold and weather protection services at the Rauma shipyard. We are among the Europe’s largest scaffold and weather protection operators and one of the biggest subcontractors in the construction industry in Finland. Our customer base is broad; we carry out scaffold and weather protection projects on building sites and in industry. We are part of the production process building some of the world’s largest passenger ships and other modern vessels, providing customers with safe working conditions and well-maintained rental equipment. In this position you will be part of the Western Finland supervisory team, working with experienced professionals. The supervisory team is supported by Ramirent’s product management, design, project office and logistics. As foreman you will be responsible for your scaffold and weather protection sites. You will oversee and demand strict compliance with safety requirements which are central to our company. You act as Ramirent’s representative towards the customer in e.g. site meetings and other stakeholder situations. There is also a possibility to develop in bid calculations. We do not expect you to be fully ready as a foreman; good interpersonal skills and your learning potential are key. We offer excellent facilities and comprehensive onboarding to support success.
