Personal Assistant

A personal assistant is sought for gig work in Kokkola (Kokkola), Finland, to support daily living tasks for clients. Responsibilities include helping with daily chores at home, shopping, and activities outside the home to enhance the client’s daily life. The role is non-urgent and the employee’s assignment is determined by the client (or their authorized representative); the employer is Mehiläinen Kotipalvelut. We aim to place workers on weekday shifts according to client needs, consider preferences for shifts, and strive to establish long-term familiar client assignments. No prior experience is required; reliability and ability to commit long-term are valued. Applicants must be of legal age, speak Finnish at least at B1 level, be trustworthy, proactive, and customer-oriented. The recruitment process requires a criminal record extract for work with elderly and disabled people. Salary: 12.79–14.06 €/h. Hourly rates depend on years of experience: 0y = 12.79 €, 5y = 13.21 €, 8y = 13.63 €, 11y = 14.06€. In addition, possible increases for evenings (+15%), nights (+40%), Saturdays (+25%), Sundays/holidays (+100%).
