As a dental chairside assistant you work as a partner to the dentist in a multidisciplinary team. You are responsible for the readiness of the reception, asepsis, customer service, and patient and work safety. You will also have the opportunity to participate in the development of our operations. Your workplace is the dental clinics in Kaarina, and if needed you may work at other Varha reception sites. Your work community consists of over 700 dental health professionals, and you will have the chance to do meaningful work with a responsible employer where employee wellbeing and professional growth are central.
