Healthcare Assistant

We are expanding our 24/7 care apartment service at Kerava Wellbeing Centre Finlandia (Ikifit). We are looking for a HEALTHCARE ASSISTANT for a permanent position at Kerava Wellbeing Centre Finlandia. Our top priority is that every resident can live a safe, valuable and individualized life, and that our employees feel comfortable and well at work. You will work with colleagues to provide daily care for the elderly, assist and collaborate with other care staff. We offer a functional work environment, more extensive occupational health services than legally required, a meal benefit, and ongoing support through ePass. The position is primarily a two-shift arrangement and is permanent. The pay follows the collective agreement for the private social services sector (TES G20C). We require a healthcare assistant qualification and good Finnish language skills. Preference is given to applicants who have a valid medication administration permit. Professional license (amattioikeus) must be verifiable through the Valvira register. Applicants must present a criminal record extract as required by the Criminal Records Act §6(2). We review applications during the application period and close when a decision is made. Wellbeing Centre Finlandia is new and designed for elderly care, located in the Kivisilta area. We are a smoke-free workplace; areas around the wellbeing centres and homes are also smoke-free.
